Fried Chiba Tofu

Prepare materials.

Cut Chiba Tofu into slices.
3.
Slice the pork belly and set aside.

Add Jiusan Non-GMO Corn Germ Oil to the wok.

Add the pork belly and stir fry until fragrant.

Add green onion, ginger, garlic and red bean paste and continue to stir fry.
7.
Finally, add Chiba tofu, add appropriate amount of steamed fish soy sauce, sugar, and water to boil over high heat and turn to low heat. Finally, add red hot pepper to collect the juice.
Tips:
1. Chiba tofu can be blanched in advance and then fried. 2. Thousand-page tofu does not need to be cut too thin.
