Fried Chicken

Wash the chickens and dry them in water (I will remove the skin on the chicken neck and butt, and there is more lymph on the neck and butt), cut into pieces, shred the green onion, ginger and garlic, and cut the pepper into pieces.

Heat the pan, pour the oil, and stir-fry the chicken pieces.

Fry chicken pieces until they turn yellow.

Spray into the cooking wine (you can put more of it in an appropriate amount, you don't need to add water for a while)

Add onion, ginger, garlic, salt, balsamic vinegar, light soy sauce, sugar

Stir-fry evenly and add some dark soy sauce
7.
After cooking slightly, add red pepper cubes
8.
After sautéing, cover the pan for 1 minute and it will be out of the pan
