Fried Chicken Breast with Black Pepper

Wash the chicken breast, tear off the fascia, and cut into slices about 1cm thick with an oblique knife.

Add the cooking wine, black pepper and light soy sauce, stir well, marinate for 20 minutes.

Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan, add chicken slices and fry until golden on both sides. Press the chicken with chopsticks. If it feels hard, it is cooked.
