Fried Chicken Chop

Wash the chicken breasts and drain the water

Pour the eggs into a bowl and beat evenly, prepare ginger slices, bread crumbs, shredded cheese and cornstarch

First cut the chicken breast into a large piece with a knife at 1/2 thickness.

Tips:
It can be cooked in an open flame oil pan without using an air fryer. When frying, the oil temperature should be controlled to prevent the outside coke and the inside from being cooked.
