Fried Chicken Chop

I divided the chicken breast into four portions

Pat with the back of the knife to make the meat fluffy

Marinate with cooking wine and five-spice powder for half an hour to taste. Sprinkle some starch into the egg mixture.

Put it in the breadcrumbs and stick it fully.
5.
Fry in a frying pan until golden and remove.
6.
Plate.
