Fried Chicken Chop (air Fryer Version)

Pat the chicken fillet loosely with a knife and add the marinade (light soy sauce, salt, crushed black pepper, sugar) and marinate for one hour

Prepare eggs, flour, bread crumbs

First pat the marinated chicken fillet with dry flour, then dip the egg mixture, and then pat the bread crumbs (if you want to dip more bread crumbs, repeat this step twice)

Set aside the chicken fillet dipped in breadcrumbs for later use

Preheat the air fryer at 200 degrees for 5 minutes

Spread the chicken fillet with a small amount of salad oil on the frying basket

Adjust the temperature to 180 degrees and the time is 8 minutes. Turn it over in the middle.

After 8 minutes, both sides are golden and look good

Add some Thousand Island sauce or tomato sauce for a more beautiful taste
