Fried Chicken Feet with Black Bean Sauce
1.
Cut the chicken feet in half and fry them until they become light yellow. Reduce the heat, then turn on the heat slowly, put the black bean sauce, use a spoon or spatula to spread, let the sauce taste.
2.
Stir the sauce until it tastes out, add garlic slices, ginger slices and chili, over medium heat, and stir until it has a fragrant flavor.
3.
Pour in the fried chicken feet and stir fry quickly.
4.
Put salt, light soy sauce, pepper noodles, sugar and cooking wine, add half a bowl of water, cover the pot and simmer for about 10 minutes.
5.
Add 1 tablespoon of water to the cornstarch, mix well, put it in the pot, and stir evenly, so that the juice can hang on the chicken feet, but it should not be too thick, because the chicken body is secreted by gelatin. Heat the sauce until thick, and serve.
Tips:
Fried chicken feet can remove the fishy smell and taste more tenacious.
