Fried Chicken Fillet

1. Wash the chicken breast into 3 slices and then cut into fillets

2. Add a little salt to the egg fried chicken powder to taste for 30 minutes

3. Coat the fried chicken powder evenly with breadcrumbs.

4. Boil the oil in the pan and fry until the color changes. It can be done in 1-2 minutes. If you don’t master it, just try it and you’ll know.

Tips:

I like to put eggs because the chicken can be soft and tender after putting the eggs. Normally, put water because the fried chicken powder is relatively dry. If the eggs are finished, there is no need to put water. There is not too much oil. One bottom is enough. If you turn it over, you don’t need it. Half a pot of oil is wasted
