Fried Chicken Fillet

Clean the chicken fillet, beat the meat with a hammer to make it soft, (you can use the back of a knife)

Cut it into three pieces!

Cut into small strips

Put it in a bowl, add salt, cooking wine, egg white, black paprika, stir well, put it in the refrigerator for about an hour,

Heat oil in a dry pan until 80% hot

Coat the chicken fillet with breadcrumbs

Fry in the pan until golden, remove and drain the oil
