Fried Chicken Kidney with Okra

Materials needed: okra, chicken kidney, garlic, salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, red pepper.

Cut the okra, chicken kidney, and big croup for use.

Heat up the pot and heat it with oil, then put the big glutinous rice into the sauté, then pour the chicken kidneys and fry it until half-cooked.

Add the okra and fry them with a little bit of salt.

Put the fried okra on a plate, and cut a few slices of red pepper on the surface as a garnish. Tips: 1. The cut okra is best to be heated with hot water first to remove slippery things. 2. Cut the chicken kidneys crosswise and straight back and forth into a cross shape, fry them into a pattern.
