Fried Chicken Legs

Cut the chicken legs apart and pat loose with the back of a knife.

Add ginger, garlic, rice, salt, MSG, and cooking wine for ten minutes.

Stir well with flour.

Put it in a frying pan and fry it until it is ripe.

Fry for another 30 seconds, remove the oil.

Finished product.
