Fried Chicken Steak (simple Version)

Cut the chicken breast into medium-sized, 5 mm thick slices. Marinate according to the ratio of fried chicken ingredients. (I used homemade fried chicken marinated with ingredients, foodies can go to the supermarket to buy fried chicken ingredients, such as Orleans flavor) I forgot to take pictures during this process. After marinating for one night, add appropriate amount of flour and water to mix into a viscous batter, and pour it into the marinated chicken steak. (If you are in a hurry, you can skip the pickling process and make it directly)

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot. After heating, the chicken chops are put into the pot one by one.

After frying, if you don’t think the crust on the outside of the chicken chop is crispy, you can re-fry at high oil temperature and set the shape.
