Fried Chicken Thighs with Eryngii Mushrooms

Wash the material. Pleurotus eryngii slices. Remove the bones of the chicken legs and cut into T-shaped pieces.

Add an egg white to the chicken thigh, add cooking wine and light soy sauce.

Grab it with your fingers and marinate for 10 minutes.

Pour oil in the pan, add the chicken thighs and stir fry. Add some green onion, ginger and garlic.

Pour the eryngii mushrooms and stir fry. Add light soy sauce.

Add salt and stir fry. Out of the pot.
Tips:
1. Pleurotus eryngii is white. If you add soy sauce, the color will turn black and it will not look good. You can add some light soy sauce to lighten it.
2. There is no need to put chicken essence after it is out of the pan, the chicken has a delicious flavor when it is fried.
