Fried Chicken Wings

Add 20g of New Orleans barbecue ingredients to the chicken wings and mix well.

Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 20-30 minutes. (Personally, it’s better to marinate overnight)

Add 10g of Orleans barbecue ingredients and 3g of salt to 100g of flour and mix well.
4.
Beat the eggs and set aside.
