Fried Chicken Wings with Crispy Eggs
1.
Rinse the chicken wings with clean water and score 3 knives with a knife.
2.
Sprinkle the soy sauce, cooking wine, chicken essence, and pepper on the chicken wings and marinate for 20 minutes. (There is no need to add salt. The fried chicken powder at the back contains salt. Don't add it at home if you eat it for babies. If you eat it for adults, it is recommended to add a little less)
3.
This is the fried chicken noodles I bought casually in the supermarket. Other brands are also available. I am optimistic about whether it is spicy or not. My one is not spicy this time.
4.
Sprinkle the fried chicken powder on the chicken wings, evenly with your hands. (Half a bag is fine, I have less chicken wings)
5.
After grabbing the chicken wings wrapped in fried chicken powder, add an egg and grab it with your hands again (the egg does not need to be stirred in advance with chopsticks)
6.
After mixing it by hand, marinate for more than 20 minutes and prepare for frying.
7.
Put cooking oil in the pot, heat the oil on high heat, and then fry it on low heat.
8.
Before frying, use chopsticks to pierce the chicken wings, and the flavor is better.
9.
Put the delicious chicken wings into the pot and fry them on low heat.
10.
Fry it into golden brown on both sides and you can get it out of the pan. (When frying chicken wings, turn them over and fry them when they change color.)
Tips:
When frying chicken wings, remember to turn it over a low heat, turn it over when the color changes, and deep-fry it up and down.
Be patient when frying things, don't worry, the low fire frying is slow, but delicious.
The glutinous rice dumpling has eaten all 4 chicken wings, all of them have left one for us, haha
