Fried Chicken Wings with Garlic Fermented Bean Curd
1.
Wash and drain the chicken wings, peel the garlic and smash it for later use
2.
Cut it on both sides with two oblique blades, it is convenient to taste when marinated, and it will fry faster
3.
Put the processed chicken wings in a basin, add salt, pepper, garlic, crush the fermented bean curd and put it in the chicken wings, put on disposable gloves, grab the chicken wings, and marinate for about 2 hours
4.
Transfer the marinated chicken wings to a microwave-compatible dish and put it in the microwave for 2 minutes
5.
Mix the fried powder with water and stir into a thick paste
6.
Put the half-cooked chicken wings into the fried powder and coat it with the paste
7.
Heat up the oil pan to 90%, add the chicken wings covered with paste and fry for 2 minutes (the surface is wrinkled, golden brown, and it looks crispy).
Tips:
Using a microwave oven can shorten the frying time, and the surface is crispy and can be picked up.
