The first time I tried to add jam into the dish, the sweet and sour taste was very suitable for my son and me. I ate three of them at once and my son ate five.

Fried Chicken Wings with Garlic Jam

1. Wash and shred ginger

2. Garlic peeled and chopped

3. Slash the chicken wings twice with a knife

4. Put the chopped garlic into the chicken wings

5. Take a bowl and add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, chicken powder and Kewpie white peach jam, mix well

6. Then pour it into the chicken wings, mix well and marinate for two hours

7. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add the ginger shreds and sauté

8. Put in the chicken wings

9. Fry until golden on both sides. When it is almost cooked, pour the sauce into the plate and cook for 3 minutes.

Tips:

1. This dish has a sweet and sour taste
2. Chicken wings are best marinated for two hours or more
3. When the chicken wings are almost fried, remember to pour in the remaining sauce for more flavor
4. Those who don't like the sweet and sour taste can not use jam
