Fried Chicken with Cumin and Potatoes

Ingredients: 150 grams of potatoes, 65 grams of chicken breasts, 40 grams of Daxi big cumin barbecue sauce, half a green pepper, 1 small piece of onion, appropriate amount of minced ginger and garlic, a little starch, and a little corn oil.

Tips:
1. The amount of barbecue sauce can be increased or decreased as you like.
2. It is not advisable to stir fry for a long time when frying the chicken. Stir fry quickly until the color changes, so as to prevent the chicken from getting old and affecting the taste.
