Fried Chicken with Purple Cabbage

Shred chicken, pour in cooking wine, flavor, pepper, and mix well. Marinate for 30 minutes.

Shred the purple cabbage and set aside.

Stir-fry the chopped green onion and ginger slices and star anise, fry the aroma.
