The clam meat is delicious, nutritious, and low in fat content. The clam meat at home is jerky. I soaked it in scrambled eggs and added fresh.

Fried Clam Meat with Egg

1. Soak the dried clam meat for 2 hours and then pick it up and wash it.

2. Beat the eggs.

3. Finely chop the shallots.

4. Heat oil in a wok, add half of the shallots and sauté until fragrant.

5. Put the eggs in and fry them and serve.

6. In a separate saucepan, add the remaining chopped green onions.

7. Add the clam meat and stir fry

8. Add a spoonful of soy sauce and salt.

9. Pour in the scrambled eggs.

10. Stir-fry well.

Tips:

Add the shallots in two portions, and fry them in oil first to get rid of the smell of eggs and clam meat.
Add edible oil twice, use 2 tablespoons for scrambled eggs, and 1 tablespoon afterwards. Don't add too much to avoid greasy.
