Fried Clams

Soak the clams in clean water, add two drops of sesame oil, and let the clams spit sand for an hour. Then clean it and drain it for later use

Prepare green onion, ginger and garlic, and cut them separately

Heat up the wok, pour in an appropriate amount of rapeseed oil and saute the shallots, ginger and garlic

Add a tablespoon of black bean sauce and stir slightly

Pour the cleaned clams into the pot and stir fry

Pour in a little cooking wine and half a bowl of water

Add a pinch of salt and continue to stir fry

Stir-fry until the clams are fully open. After the high heat is slightly juiced, pour the cleaned coriander, add a few drops of sesame oil, and turn off the heat for a while
