Fried Clams with Broad Beans

Ingredients: broad beans.

Flower clam (washed after spitting out the sand).

Peel the broad beans and dig out the moles.

Wash it up.

Heat the oil in the saucepan, add the broad beans and stir fry.

Afterwards, add some water to boil and cook until the broad beans are cut and cooked and soft.

Then, add the clams, add some cooking wine and stir fry.

Season to fry, stir fry until the clams open, and serve.
