Fried Clams with Chopped Pepper

Wash the clams out of the sand and prepare the garlic, ginger, and chopped pepper

Tips:
1. Clams generally contain less sand. If you are not assured, you can put them in salt water for a long time and spit out the sand;
2. When frying the clams, don't keep frying, so that the clams have enough time to absorb heat;
3. This kind of clam produces more water, so add a little water to prevent it from drying out. Don't add too much;
4. Adding a few drops of light soy sauce will make the clams more delicious, but it must not be too much.
