Thaw and wash the silver cod

Use kitchen paper towels to soak up the moisture

Add cooking wine, salt and peppercorns and marinate for more than 30 minutes

Tips:
The cod I bought is chunky and thicker. Adjust the cooking time according to the thickness of the chunks!
