Fried Cod

Marinate the cod with cooking wine, salt and white pepper for 20 minutes.

If the cod is fried to pieces when it is put in the oil pan, fry it in a flat-bottomed non-stick pan on both sides.

Put ginger in a frying pan and fry the cod to brown and serve.

Prepare black pepper sauce.

Place the cod on a plate, squeeze lemon juice on the cod when you eat it, and dip it with black pepper sauce if it tastes strong.
