Fried Cod

Peel the cod and set aside

Marinate the processed cod with salt and cooking wine for half an hour

Prepare bread crumbs and an egg to beat

Take a piece of cod and dip it in the egg mixture

Coat evenly with breadcrumbs

After finishing all the cod in turn, brush a layer of oil on the surface and place it in an air fryer, and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
