Fried Cod with Lime

Wash and drain the cod after thawing

Add some salt and marinate in lemon juice
3.
Add olive oil to the pot to heat
4.
Break up the eggs, put the cod in it and wrap it in a layer of egg liquid
5.
Then put it in a pot and fry on medium-low heat
6.
Turn it over and continue to fry until golden, sprinkle some pepper on top
7.
When both sides are fried, you can enjoy it out of the pan!
Tips:
1. Putting some lemon juice in it can help remove the fishy smell and increase the fragrance.
2. When frying, the heat should not be too high to avoid the paste on the outside but not cooked on the inside.
