Fried Cod with Lime

Remove the scales of the cod, clean it, use a paper towel to absorb the water, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, and marinate for 15 minutes. The marinated fish will produce some water, so dry the fish before putting it in the pot.

Pour a little oil in a non-stick pan, add the cod, leave the fish intact, and fry for 1-2 minutes before turning.

Flip and fry until golden on both sides.

Squeeze lemon juice on the fish cubes.
5.
Out of the pot.
