Fried Cod with Lime

1. Rinse the cod fillets, use kitchen paper to absorb the moisture on the surface, sprinkle a little salt to pickle it for a good taste

2. After the broccoli is soaked in brine, blanch it for later use;

3. Put freshly squeezed lemon juice or concentrated lemon juice, sugar, and a little water in a small pot,

4. After boiling on low heat, continue to simmer for 2-3 minutes, thicken the starch with water, and put it in a small bowl for later use; taste the taste of the boiled juice, add sugar or lemon juice by yourself;

5. Use a little oil dipped in kitchen paper to wipe the bottom of the circle pot and heat it on a low heat.

6. When the pan is hot, add the cod fillets and fry slowly;

7. Fry it on one side until it is slightly colored and then turn it over. After frying until the fish is a little bit tight, sprinkle a little black pepper to start the pan;

8. Pour the cooked lemon sauce on the fish and serve with vegetables.

Tips:

The oil only plays the role of moisturizing the pot, and the effect of food processing is not inferior.

The non-greasy taste is more popular;
