Fried Cod with Orange Sauce

Wash the cod after thawing. Use kitchen paper towels to absorb surface moisture. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper, and give the cod a massage. Then pour in white wine and marinate for about 2 minutes.

Cut the oranges in half and squeeze out the orange juice. If you have oranges, you can use bottled juice.

Put a small piece of butter in the pan.

Stir-fry the red oil with tomato sauce and add the orange juice.
