Fried Codfish Steak

The thawed cod is placed indoors, and is basically placed close to room temperature. The room temperature here is about 20 degrees. If the room temperature is too high, it’s enough to put the ingredients at a temperature of more than ten degrees.

After descaling and cleaning, use kitchen paper to soak the surface moisture

Slightly heat the frying pan. The temperature of the pan is about 130 degrees. Don't get too hot. Pour in extra virgin olive oil. Put the fish steak in the pan and fry for about 2 minutes, then turn to high heat and fry for about 30 seconds. Make the surface burnt, but not too heavy, so as to maintain the original taste of the ingredients. Fry on one side and turn it over. Fry on low fire for about 2 minutes, then fry on high fire for 20-30 seconds. It's fine to see the fish's spine shrink slightly. The flipped picture made me blur, and I can’t make up for it.
