This yam cake is a bit interesting. Instead of steaming and grinding yam, the raw yam is directly beaten and used. There is also a slight hesitation about whether to cook it first. However, it is obviously easier to use. I'm so lazy, I can save a little bit more-I don't even need to use the skin. Didn’t it say that eating yam with skin and beard is better? Anyway, it's muddy, no one can tell.
I was still a little worried about the fact that there was only corn and yam, and the water was too low. Is the cooking machine not easy to handle? The result is purely redundant. The corn yam quickly turned into a muddy color.
Cruel, a little more oil, half-fried half-fried. Oil is versatile and fragrant. If you just eat it for yourself, it should be without frying. The corn yam cake soaked in oil is really fragrant. It tastes like potatoes. What is the effect of raw yam? "
