Pour the oil in a hot pan, add shredded ginger and shallot

Add some sugar, cooking wine, stir fry, pour soy sauce and stir fry

Add water, the amount of water depends on whether you like more soup or less soup

Tips:
The crabs I bought are soft-shelled, so just soak them in water, so you don’t need to add salt when frying. Otherwise it will be salty
