Fried Crab in Typhoon Shelter
1.
Clean the swimming crab
2.
The live crab is decomposed (very violent, I let my husband do it), and the decomposed crab is still breathing and struggling, which is really a sin. Remove the crab gills, crab navel, crab heart, and crab stomach, and make two from the middle
3.
Use a knife to chop the garlic into minced garlic, cut the shallots into sections, and cut the dried chilies
4.
Sprinkle the crab cubes with starch and marinate for a few minutes
5.
Put a little vegetable oil on the pan. When the oil is 30% hot, add the crabs with the cut side up. Cover the pan and fry for one minute.
6.
Serve the fried crabs and set aside
7.
Fry the crab in the pan, pour in more vegetable oil than before, put the minced garlic in it and stir-fry on a low heat
8.
Fry the garlic cubes on a low fire until it turns slightly yellow. Push it aside when you can smell the garlic. Be sure to keep it on a low fire. Be careful not to lose it.
9.
Pour the bread crumbs into the pot, add a little salt and chili section, stir, still on a low fire, this time is very short, the bread crumbs will quickly absorb the oil and become granular, as shown in the figure, the amount of salt is enough to adjust the bread crumbs and The garlic crisp taste is fine
10.
Pour in the fried crab just now, stir until the bread crumbs are completely covered with the crabs, turn off the heat, sprinkle with green onions, and serve. The beautiful and delicious typhoon-fried crabs are ready.
Tips:
1. When frying garlic, be sure to have a low heat, otherwise it will be easy to paste;
2. It is best to use a non-stick pan.
