Fried Crab in Typhoon Shelter

Wash the crabs and drain off the cornstarch.

Roll the ginger, shallot, garlic and vegetables in the oil until fragrant, then add the chili and dried shrimp skins and let it go.

Pour the crab and stir-fry until golden brown. Add the seasoning chicken powder and stir fry.
4.
Before serving, stir-fry the onion and pepper for ten seconds, then turn off the heat.
