Fried Crab with Edamame

Ingredients: edamame, flower crab (cleaned), ginger slices

Peel the edamame, wash it, and set aside.

Cut the cleaned flower crab in half with the shell and gills removed, and set aside.

Then, put the washed edamame into a pot of clean water, boil until cooked, and remove.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, then put the ginger slices in the saucepan.

Next, put in the packed crabs and add appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Add an appropriate amount of water.

Stir fry until cooked.

Then, add the blanched edamame and stir fry.

Finally, add the right amount of soy sauce.

Add the right amount of salt.

Saute and stir well, serve.

Take out the pot and serve on the plate.
