Fried Crab with Ginger Oil

Two crabs

After washing the shell, peel it off and remove the cheeks.

Cut in half.

From the frying pan, sauté the ginger slices first, then add the garlic slices.

Pour in the crab sticks for a while, add wine and a small bowl of water, boil, turn to medium heat and cook for another four minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for one minute and it will be cooked.

Plate.
