Fried Crab with Yuba

Ingredients: yuba (soaked)

Flower crab (cleaned up)

Scallions

Put the soaked yuba on the chopping board and cut into sections, set aside.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the crabs, add some cooking wine and stir fry.

Then, add some clear water and boil until the crabs turn red and cooked.

Then, add the yuba, add some light soy sauce and stir fry.

Then, add some salt and sugar.
9.
Season and stir well, put in the green onion, and serve.
