Fried crispy pork---an ordinary and homely dish, crispy and refreshing, fat but not greasy, stew or hot pot is salty and delicious.

Fried Crispy Pork

1. Peel the pork belly and clean it

2. Drain the water and cut into strips of uniform thickness

3. Prepare the seasoning

4. Beat the eggs, add flour and cornstarch

5. Stir well, add chopped green onion, shredded ginger, pepper powder, thirteen incense, salt and stir evenly

6. Add rice wine and stir evenly to make a thin paste

7. Add pork belly strips

8. Stir evenly, so that each strip of meat is covered with batter, marinate for 30 minutes to taste
