I occasionally ate this side dish in a restaurant, and tried it on my own when I went home. It felt good. "

Fried Cucumber with Basil

1. Chop basil, garlic into small cubes, and millet pepper into small cubes for later use.

2. Wash the cucumber and cut into slices about 8mm thick.

3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the cucumber slices until they are slightly yellow on both sides.

4. Scoop up the fried cucumbers and set aside.

5. In a separate wok, heat oil and pour garlic, basil, and millet pepper over medium heat and sauté until fragrant.

6. Pour in cucumber and stir-fry evenly, add salt and oyster sauce to taste.

Tips:

Table salt can be added during frying to make it more flavorful, but considering that high-temperature salt is harmful to the body, it is added last.
