Fried Cucumber with Fungus

Peel the cucumber and cut into pieces, add an appropriate amount of salt and pick it up for preparation.

Soak the dried fungus in warm water, remove the stalks, and rinse for later use.

Heat the pan with oil, sauté the green onions, add the fungus, a little chili powder and stir-fry until cooked, adjust the flavor, then add the cucumbers and stir-fry until they are broken, thicken the thick gorgon, and drizzle the oil.
