Fried Cucumber with Yuba

Soak the fungus in warm water in advance.

Soak the yuba in warm water for 15 minutes.

Wash the cucumbers and cut into slices for later use.

Stir-fry the chopped green onion with hot oil in a pan.

Add yuba and stir fry.

Add 3 grams of salt and 10 grams of sugar and stir fry evenly.

Add fungus, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce and stir fry evenly.
