Fried Cumin Lamb Chops

Wash the lamb chops and chop them into long sections along the ribs.

Soak in clean water for half an hour to get rid of blood.

Lamb chops in a pot under cold water, add green onions and cooking wine and simmer until the lamb chops are soft and rotten, and remove the dried soup.

Add oil to the pot, add a whole clove of garlic and fry it to create a fragrance.

Add the stewed lamb chops and fry slowly over low heat. Sprinkle salt, cumin seeds, chili noodles, and cumin powder during the frying process.

Fry until the lamb chops are golden and charred.
