Fried Diced Pork with Capers

Take the marinated capers out of the marinating bottle, soak them in clear water for one hour, and change the water twice to soak some of the salt and sourness.

Drain the soaked capers, cut into cubes, and set aside.

Cut the fried pork tenderloin into cubes and set aside.

Prepare the chopped pepper; prepare the onion, ginger, and garlic.

Put an appropriate amount of peanut oil in an iron pan on the stove, and cook until 70% hot.

Add minced ginger and minced garlic and sauté.

Pour in the chopped capers, cook over medium heat and stir well.

Pour in the diced pork tenderloin and stir well.

Pour 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce and mix to taste.

Pour in 1 spoon of oyster sauce and season to taste.

Add a little salt and hot water and heat for five minutes on medium heat.

Add the green onions.
