Fried Double Melon with Salted Egg

Salted eggs are cooked and mashed, bitter gourd and gassho melon are sliced;

Boil the pot, heat the pot with oil, add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté;

Pour in the Gassho Melon and stir-fry for a while;

Add bitter gourd and stir fry;

Pour in the salted egg, add 1/3 tsp sugar and 1/3 tsp pepper;

Flip evenly, pour 1/2 tbsp of sesame oil on it, lap it a few times, put it out of the pan, and serve. Enjoy.
Tips:
Because the salted egg salted by yourself is saltier, no need to add salt.
