Fried Dough

Minced meat mince. Add eggs, cornstarch flour, and dark soy sauce. Stir chopped green onion and salt together. There is more flour and less cornstarch.

It will be very sticky after adding flour.

Then grab the minced meat. Squeeze the balls from the tiger’s mouth. Beat out with a spoon and fry it in a frying pan.

It will be fine if it is fried on medium heat until it is yellow.
