Fried Dried Fish

Dried fish is soaked in pure water, and the water needs to be changed for cleaning. After soaking, add light soy sauce (as appropriate, dried fish is originally salty) and marinate in cooking wine.

Pour out the water-based seasoning for the marinated dried fish. Add sugar, the amount of sugar is slightly more.

Put the starch and mix evenly, the starch does not need too much, just a thin one. Drizzle with cooking oil.

After preheating the fryer for five minutes, spread the dried fish in the frying basket.

Start the fryer at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes. You can take a look in the middle.

The fried dried fish can be eaten as a snack.
Tips:
When cooking food in the fryer, keep the food as dry as possible, so that it tastes crispy and fragrant. Foods without grease need to be sprayed with oil. The amount of oil can be more or less, which is more random.
