At home near the sea, these dried sea fish are fresh sea fish bought by the mother-in-law in the hands of the fishermen, and then dried fish by her own. It is healthier and hygienic than the ones bought at home. It does not contain anti-corrosion additives and a lot of salt. Because of the low salt content, it must be stored in the freezer after drying. We usually eat dried fish like this by steaming.
