Fried Dried Sea Fish

Soak the fish in clean water for hours until it becomes soft, pick up and drain for later use

Chopped chives and set aside

Heat the oil in a pan, and lay the dried fish in after the oil is hot
4.
Fry until the surface is golden brown, turn the other side and fry
5.
Pour in the light soy sauce evenly and continue to fry for a while
6.
After turning off the heat, sprinkle in shallots
