Fried Dried Shrimp Skins

Ingredients: green vegetables.

Dried shrimps.
3.
Wash the vegetables and remove them.
4.
Place on the chopping board and chop.
5.
Put it in a large basin and add 2 teaspoons and a half of salt.

Then, squeeze it with your hands.
7.
Press in a large basin filled with water and marinate for 30 minutes.
8.
Pinch the marinated vegetables to dry the water.
9.
Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the pickled vegetables and stir fry.
10.
Then, add the shrimp skins and stir fry.
11.
Then, add some chicken essence. (With or without chicken essence is voluntary)
12.
Stir-fry and serve.
