Fried Duck
1.
Prepare materials.
2.
Cut the duck into shreds, put it in a bowl, add salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, and white pepper to grab evenly and set aside. You can also grab a little bit of flour.
3.
Cut green and red peppers into circles, slice green onions, and shred ginger.
4.
Preheat the wok and pour the oil, heat the wok first, and then pour the oil, so that the fried meat is not sticky. Add the pork slices and stir fry. The traditional broiling method is to pour a little more oil into the pan to heat it, and then pour out the oil. At this time, the heat and oiliness of the pan are better, and it will not stick to the pan easily when the meat is fried. It’s not very convenient for us to do this at home. You can pour oil into the pot, then turn the pot so that the oil sticks to the wall of the pot, heat it up again, and then put the meat on it. If you have a non-stick pan at home, it is very convenient to fry meat, and the requirements for heat are not so detailed.
5.
Then add the bean paste and chopped green onion and ginger.
6.
Add chili rings after stir-frying.
7.
Finally, use light soy sauce, pepper oil, and chili oil, and just serve it out of the pot.
